1. Cancellation can occur if the order was placed incorrectly, delivery takes too long, the item is no longer needed, or the website description is inaccurate.
2. Replacement/exchange is possible if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size was ordered. The product will be replaced with the same item if available.
3. Refunds/returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and the wrong size, color, or does not meet expectations. Refunds are issued within 7 working days of return.
4. The 10 day return policy does not apply to the any Tribes Naturals & Herbs category.
5. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Pickup and delivery for exchanges/replacements is from the original delivery address.
