What you need to know

INHERITED CRAFTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation can occur if the order was placed incorrectly, delivery takes too long, or the website description is inaccurate.
Replacement/exchange is possible if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size was ordered. The product will be replaced with the same item if available. An unboxing video showing untouched products and issues should be shared within 24 hours receiving of the goods.
Refunds/returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and the wrong size, or color, or does not meet expectations. Refunds are issued within 7 working days of return.
DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted/sale items) cannot be refunded.
Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Pickup and delivery for exchanges/replacements is from the original delivery address.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs if an item needs to be sent back. We do not refund original shipping fees.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund amount issued. The deduction will match your original shipping costs.
Returns solely due to change of mind are liable for deduction of shipping fees from any refunds to offset delivery charges incurred.
Delivery times for exchanged items can vary based on your location. International deliveries may take longer.
We recommend using trackable shipping or insurance when returning items, to prevent lost packages. We cannot refund or reship items lost in return transit.
